About the Role

Kieser Australia is a leading provider of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning services. We are seeking an experienced Exercise Scientist to join our Mornington team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clients
  • Apply scientific concepts and evidence-based practices to support clients
  • Provide expert advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance
  • Develop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clients
  • Establish, assess, and reassess goals for new and long-term clients
  • Guide athletes or clients with fitness goals to achieve peak performance and recover from injury
  • Complete administrative duties
  • Deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science or a related field
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
