Senior Product Designer for Growth

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team in a growth role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our products and experiences, driving business results and improving the lives of our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design of our products and experiences, collaborating closely with data analytics teams to inform the experience across key growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Design and develop user-centered products and experiences that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach.
- Analyze data to inform design decisions and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for design, a deep understanding of user needs, and a collaborative mindset.
Qualifications- 5-7+ years of professional product design experience, ideally with exposure to product-led growth contexts.
- Demonstrated experience guiding a product team to impactful outcomes using design thinking methods informed by user empathy and data.
- Evidence of strong storytelling capability, creating a compelling narrative through solid arguments backed by data.
