We're currently seeking a qualified and compassionate professional to join our dynamic student support team within the education sector. This full-time contract role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to make a real difference in students' lives across four Gold Coast campuses.

About the Role:

  • Deliver confidential guidance to students, providing them with emotional, academic, and personal support.
  • Work closely with teaching and administrative teams to promote positive learning environments and ensure students are equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to students experiencing a range of challenges.
  • Support staff and management during critical incidents, offering advice and referral pathways.
  • Guide students through educational and career pathways, promoting informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records and service documentation.

About You:

  • A qualified counsellor with experience in student wellbeing or a similar support setting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to work effectively across multiple campuses and manage a varied caseload.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Counselling, Educational Psychology, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Ability to travel between Robina, Ashmore, Southport, and Coomera campuses as needed.
