Efficient Clinical Pharmacy Services

As a skilled Hospital Pharmacist, you will provide high-quality care to inpatients and outpatients. Your role will involve conducting pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations, monitoring medication outcomes, and ensuring quality use of medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on clinical pharmacy services to patients
  • Conduct pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations, monitor medication outcomes, and ensure quality use of medicine is upheld
  • Work cooperatively with healthcare professionals and provide advice regarding patient care

Requirements:

  • General registration with the relevant authority, with no restrictions on practice
  • Minimum 1-year experience as an Australian Pharmacist
  • Australian working rights, valid for at least 12 months from start of employment
  • Personal Indemnity insurance
  • Vaccination status as required by law
  • Working with Children Check
