Customer Service and Sales Role

We are currently seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to genuinely connect with customers.

  • Provide expert customer service to retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met and exceeded
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping

About You:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
