We are seeking a highly experienced Principal/ Associate Director Structural Engineer specializing in ports and marine facilities to join our team in Perth, Australia. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in marine infrastructure projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee complex structural engineering projects for ports and marine facilities, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the structural engineering team, ensuring compliance with local and international maritime regulations and standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, driving innovation in structural design methodologies for marine environments.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives, fostering a safe and respectful workplace where everyone can bring their whole selves to work.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in structural engineering, with extensive experience in ports and marine projects.
- Recognised qualification (Associate Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Technology or Similar).
- Proven project management and design experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Track record of technical expertise delivering Ports and Marine projects.
- Advanced knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices, particularly in marine environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An estimated salary range of AUD$180,000 - AUD$250,000 per annum.
