About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level and work with a talented team of designers, project managers, estimators, and procurement specialists. You will have the chance to gain hands-on experience and contribute to high-end workplace projects from concept to construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead key inputs within the design and documentation of interior spaces for both new and existing clients
  • Multitask across various projects alongside Project Managers to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the design team and clients to drive and manage expectations and outcomes
  • Attend regular meetings with stakeholders and clients to discuss updates on the status of projects
  • Develop effective presentation and communication collateral to showcase your creative ideas and solutions
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for creativity and conceptual design, who is eager to learn and develop new skills while showcasing their current knowledge of the process. You should be capable of working on your own initiative, operating both autonomously and collaboratively as part of the wider Design and Delivery team.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a Design and Construct business
  • Interior Design degree or relevant qualification, with expertise in Revit software
  • Impeccable communication and relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Confident and highly competent presentation abilities to engage clients and stakeholders
  • Creative skills with an ability to conceptualise and communicate ideas effectively, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, challenging, and highly rewarding environments
  • Experience designing within a schedule and managing projects from beginning to end
