Clinical Hospital Pharmacy Specialist

We are seeking experienced and newly registered Pharmacists to work in a clinical team.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and expand upon a broad range of hospital pharmacy skills in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with Clinicians, Nurses, and Technicians, manage specialised medications, and play a key role in patient care from diagnosis through to treatment and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
- Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
- Support patients, carers, staff and associated employees
- Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines
About You:

Essential Requirements:
- General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice
- Australian working rights, valid for at least the duration of the contract
- Personal Indemnity insurance

- Experience in clinical pharmacy
