**About this role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a trainer, delivering training sessions and assessments to students in the Central Coast region.

**Job Description**

We are seeking experienced trainers to deliver Nationally Recognised Qualifications, specifically the CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering training and conducting assessments, with strong administration skills including training delivery, reporting and schedule management.

**Essential Requirements**

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired) or equivalent qualification
- CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Current industry experience in childcare
- Proven track record in delivering training and conducting assessments
- Strong administration skills, including training delivery, reporting and schedule management
- Working with children's check and COVID-19 vaccination

**Desirable Requirements**

- CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Experience working with diverse student cohorts
- Passionate about supporting students with additional needs
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

**Key Responsibilities**

- Deliver training sessions to students in the Central Coast region
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students
- Maintain accurate records and reports
