### Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Lightning Ridge Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) in New South Wales. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of healthcare services in a dynamic and supportive environment.
### Job Description
* Provide nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including emergency care, general medical, and aged care.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Conduct triage and assessments to identify patient needs and prioritize care.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
### Qualifications and Requirements
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Completion of a Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent.
* Experience in acute care, aged care, or emergency nursing.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
