Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at PARC Engineering Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to operational management teams, driving human resource initiatives that underpin the HR strategy and fostering stakeholder relationships through effective coaching and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the ER/IR Manager to deliver the HR Strategy
  • Support Leaders and employees to improve working relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including site management teams, employees, and client representatives
  • Provide timely accurate advice, support and coaching on all HR activities to Leaders and employees
  • Analyse and interpret HR data to identify trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field
  • Knowledge of best practices in Human Resource Management
  • Ability to connect business results to HR outcome strategies
  • Experience in designing, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
