Job Overview

The Account Manager is a crucial position within our commercial team, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across multiple platforms.

Primary responsibilities include prospecting for new business, driving the sales cycle, and achieving consistent sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding client service to existing and prospective clients.
  • Source new business leads through various channels.
  • Maintain a pipeline of business from agency and direct clients.
  • Establish strong networks within agency environments to secure contracts.
  • Develop business collateral to support development efforts.
  • Drive the sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, executing, and closing deals.
  • Achieve sustained sales growth and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Work independently with sales support teams.
  • Support and manage junior account managers, account executives, and coordinators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an account manager in publishing or advertising.
  • Minimum 3 years media sales experience in publishing or advertising.
