Kitchen Team Member

Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced kitchen environment requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, ensuring that dishes are properly washed and stored, and assisting with food prep and other duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and maintain dish stations, including dish machines and sinks
- Ensure floors are clean and dry throughout the shift
- Properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers
- Assist in the timely storing of food deliveries
- Maintain trash cans throughout the shift and remove full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift
- Organize and maintain the dry storage area and storage shelves
- Follow daily dish cleaning duties and contribute to a safe working environment
- Collaborate with the team to achieve seamless kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
