Networks and Unified Communications Technical Support Specialist

This is a permanent opportunity to join a highly skilled team providing level 2 on-site and remote technical support, incident management, and request fulfillment in the Networks and Unified Communications domain.

  • The role primarily involves managing, configuring, monitoring, and implementing solutions within an ICT environment across different technical domains.
  • High-quality ICT support will be delivered to clients by managing workloads, prioritizing tasks, and working unsupervised.

Maintaining awareness and understanding of new and emerging ICT technologies and products related to eHealth Queensland is essential.

Demonstrated experience or the ability to quickly learn ServiceNow and ITIL Service Management processes would be highly desirable.

Specific Working Conditions

Participating in on-call arrangements is a requirement of this position. Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply.

Reasonable travel as negotiated may be a requirement of this position.

An open 'C' class driver's licence is desirable.
