We are seeking experienced and skilled professionals to take on the role of Supervisor in our café. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of baristas.

  • Serving high-quality specialty coffee and hot drinks to customers with precision and care
  • Managing the Point of Sale system and handling cash transactions efficiently
  • Maintaining a positive and engaging team environment through effective communication and leadership skills

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a café or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers alike
  • Able to work under pressure and think on your feet, with a calm and composed demeanor
  • Latte art skills are highly desirable but not essential for this role
