We are seeking an experienced Frontline Support Specialist to join our Disability Services division, providing high-quality, person-centred support to clients with complex needs.

About the Role

This pivotal role requires a dedicated individual who excels in complex care management, behavioural support, mentorship, client engagement, advocacy, and documentation.

  • Complex Care Management: Provide tailored support for clients with complex needs, working with teams to develop care plans and manage health, behavioural, and crisis scenarios.
  • Behavioural Support: Implement and manage behaviour strategies, de-escalate concerns, and ensure safety during emergencies.
  • Mentorship: Lead and mentor staff, offering guidance and fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and support networks, ensuring services align with individual goals and promote inclusion.
  • Advocacy & Documentation: Advocate for client rights, maintain accurate records, and ensure NDIS compliance.

About You:

  • Proven Experience: High-intensity, person-centred disability support experience.
  • Essential Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent.
  • Requirements: Understanding of National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) processes, current Australian Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Current Police Check, and COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
