Support Specialist with Complex Care Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Frontline Support Specialist to join our Disability Services division, providing high-quality, person-centred support to clients with complex needs.
About the RoleThis pivotal role requires a dedicated individual who excels in complex care management, behavioural support, mentorship, client engagement, advocacy, and documentation.
- Complex Care Management: Provide tailored support for clients with complex needs, working with teams to develop care plans and manage health, behavioural, and crisis scenarios.
- Behavioural Support: Implement and manage behaviour strategies, de-escalate concerns, and ensure safety during emergencies.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor staff, offering guidance and fostering a high-performing team culture.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and support networks, ensuring services align with individual goals and promote inclusion.
- Advocacy & Documentation: Advocate for client rights, maintain accurate records, and ensure NDIS compliance.

- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus salary packaging options and benefits.
About You:
- Proven Experience: High-intensity, person-centred disability support experience.
- Essential Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent.
- Requirements: Understanding of National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) processes, current Australian Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Current Police Check, and COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
