Within a rapidly expanding aviation sector, we are currently seeking an accomplished Casual Chef to join our team at Perth Airport. This role presents the opportunity to contribute towards delivering exceptional food services to Business and Economy class passengers on international flights.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent cooking skills, with the ability to prepare and cook commercial quantities of hot and cold meals for discerning passengers.
Responsibilities:- Prepare high-quality meals in accordance with established menu specifications, adhering to strict food safety and HACCP policies.
- Manage inventory levels effectively to minimize food waste.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
- A Certificate III Commercial Cookery or higher qualification (or equivalent experience).
- An unwavering passion for delivering outstanding food quality and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
