Career Opportunity: Nursing

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nursing professional to join our team at a renowned healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in line with best practice nursing procedures
  • Act as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care staff
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and patients closely following all policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to vulnerable populations
  • Current registration with a relevant governing body following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
  • In-depth understanding of relevant legislation and quality standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of assessment processes
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues
  • Strong coaching/training skills
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to undergo a police check and NDIS clearance
