The Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our team at our Chatswood store. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales and KPIs, delivering exceptional customer service, and coaching and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and manage store operations, including stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage
  • Closely monitor store sales and identify areas for improvement
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national legislation
