We provide tailored in-home care services designed to improve the quality of life and wellbeing for our customers. As an Aged Care Support Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our customers, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

About the Role

This permanent part-time opportunity offers guaranteed hours close to home, making it an ideal choice for those who value work-life balance. You will be working as part of a dedicated team, providing domestic assistance, helping with meal preparation and shopping, and offering social support and transport to lifestyle activities.

As an Aged Care Support Professional, your day will include:

  • Providing personal care, including getting customers up, showered, and dressed for the day
  • Assisting with medication management and mobility
  • Offering respite and emotional support
  • Social support and transport to appointments
  • Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional care and support to our customers
  • Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Helping with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offering social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role
  • The ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
