Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, you will be responsible for preparing and packing food for delivery to top clients. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in a commercial kitchen and a keen eye for detail.

You will be required to slice and portion fruit, sandwiches, and savoury items, as well as garnish and present items neatly for trays and catering boxes. Additionally, you will be responsible for packing and cooking hot food, selecting items from fridges to match catering orders, and checking labels, portion sizes, and dietary requirements.
