About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Supply Chain Strategist to lead our supply management function in Australia.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

This includes:

  • Developing and implementing best-in-class procurement processes to optimise end-to-end supply costs.
  • Leading the adoption of enhanced supply chain planning to optimise demand and supply.
  • Ensuring compliance with governance, audits, policies, and legislation.
  • Building strategic partnerships and leading supplier negotiations to maximise value.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to manage supply chains across wide geographic areas and global environments, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated success in change management and project delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in mature procurement environments in a leadership role.
