Transforming Cancer Care: A Strategic Innovation Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Innovation And Improvement Manager to lead our cancer program forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing improvement and change projects in a clinical environment, working with diverse stakeholders, and collaborating with people from different levels and roles.
This role requires strong influencing and relationship management skills, high-level computer literacy, written and verbal communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills. Experience with process improvement methodology, knowledge of IT systems, and understanding and experience in a cancer-related field are also essential.
- Manage and implement improvement and change projects across multiple clinical areas and units.
- Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on process improvement methodology.
- Certified Process Improvement Specialist or equivalent qualification.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.
