Job Title: Physiotherapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team.

About the Role

A resident-centred physiotherapy service is required in a holistic care environment. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for enabling residents to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will assess the physical and psycho-social functioning of residents, identify their physiotherapy goals, needs and preferences, and ensure all parties are kept informed of care planning.

Duties will include:

  • Falls prevention, trending, analysis, management, and post-fall review.
  • Musculoskeletal assessment and management.
  • Evidence-based pain management (acute and chronic).
  • Mobility, functional retraining and rehabilitation.
  • Promote health and education around cardiovascular and respiratory rehabilitation.
  • Continence, bowel, and pelvic health.
  • Manual tasks and transfers, oedema Management.
  • Advocate for residents through supporting choice and mitigating risk processes.
  • Training and education, quality monitoring practices and continuous improvement.

The successful Physiotherapist will be supported by senior clinicians and have opportunities for personal and professional growth.
