About the Role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team at Regis Kirwan, a leading Aged Care provider in Regional Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to residents in accordance with their care plan and policy.
- Administer medication and provide specialised nursing care.
- Complete clinical documentation, reporting, and audits in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Collaborate with clinical and care staff to provide quality care.
- Motivate, lead, and supervise Carers and Enrolled Nurses.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum of 2+ years Nursing experience since registration, ideally within Health, Primary, or Aged Care.
- A passion for providing person-centred care.
- An understanding of the needs of people living with dementia.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work successfully in a team.
