Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Specialist to join our CPA Training Team. This exciting role will involve developing and implementing cutting-edge online learning solutions that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff and clients.



Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop eLearning storyboards, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and accessibility.
  • Utilise authoring tools (Articulate and Adapt) to create engaging digital learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of our learning bites library, catalogue of digital assets, and video production.
  • Ensure all digital learning products undergo rigorous quality and accessibility testing before implementation on our LMS (Moodle).
  • Apply learning design principles to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the learner experience.
  • Maintain alignment with brand, internal policy, and statutory requirements through guidelines.
  • Provide resources and guidance to stakeholders to support their capacity to create digital assets.


Requirements and Qualifications



  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in adult education and online learning.
  • Knowledge of contemporary practices in adult education and online learning.
  • Experience working with authoring tools, with Articulate being highly regarded, and a willingness to develop basic skills in Adapt.
  • A strong interest in developing modules for business systems, allied health professionals working with children, and various other topics.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for consulting and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to analyse problems and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Resourceful and adaptable approach to work.
