Christmas Sales Associate Opportunity

Prouds Jewellers is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team for the holiday season. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling our range of quality jewellery and watches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide genuine customer service experiences to our customers.
  • Sell our range of quality jewellery and watches.
  • Work productively in a fast-paced retail environment, both on your own and as part of a team.
  • Help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are refreshed.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
  • Completing in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays.

Additional Information:

  • Christmas Casual fixed term contracts will end on or before 19th January 2025, but can become permanent based on performance and position availability.
