Team Member - Fresh Foods

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our fresh foods department. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. They will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and freshness in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and performing product checks.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
