About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing physical, psychological, social, environmental, and organisational risk factors that impact an individual's ability to return to work.

  • You will conduct comprehensive assessments to understand an individual's needs and develop effective strategies to support their successful return to work.
  • Deliver vocational counselling and facilitate interventions, well-being programs, training, and upskilling to enhance an individual's functional performance and overall wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with individuals, employers, medical professionals, and other healthcare specialists to provide holistic support and achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • You hold ASORC associate (or full) membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor, supported by a relevant qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • You have a current drivers' licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • You possess a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • You hold full working rights in Australia.
