We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Course and Careers Advisor. This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity, starting as a contract role with an hourly rate of $45/Hour + Super. Should performance meet expectations, the role is set to convert to a permanent position with an annual salary of approximately $85,000 - $90,000 + Super.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Recruitment: Achieve enrolment targets for on-campus and online courses. Engage with prospective students, respond within 24 hours, and provide accurate course advice without cold calling.
  • Relationship Management: Build and manage partnerships with beauty salons, schools, and industry groups to boost brand awareness.
  • Events and Marketing: Plan and manage College Open Days, support marketing campaigns, and represent Ella Baché at networking events.
  • Data and Reporting: Collect and analyse enrolment data, prepare feedback reports, and align student experiences with educational goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in sales or relationship development roles, meeting targets with ease.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong sales skills with a solid understanding of the education sector. The ability to sell courses enthusiastically suits a true salesperson passionate about education and the beauty industry.
  • Experience using social media and CRM systems to drive sales.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and can prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to learn new systems.
  • Ability to manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Education (a degree is a bonus).
  • Australian PR or Citizen.
