**Key Responsibilities**

Create safe, stimulating spaces that foster a sense of belonging and support among children

Develop and implement engaging, child-centered programs that cater to diverse needs and interests

Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration

Support each child's emotional, social, and cognitive development through proactive strategies and interventions

**Requirements**

A minimum Certificate III in an ACECQA-recognized qualification (or higher) or currently studying

Valid First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Australian work rights (or able to obtain these)
