About the Role

The Client Services Associate resides in the Private Wealth Team, supporting Financial Advisers to deliver superior service to clients. This role collaborates closely with internal teams including the Client Onboarding Team, Operations Team, and the Investment Management Services Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Financial Advisers in preparing and implementing financial advice and investment proposals efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding quickly and accurately to client requests.
  • Effectively manage email inboxes that receive client communications and ensure they are adequately organised and prioritised.
  • Ensure settlements and fund transfers are efficiently undertaken and provide clients with relevant information as required.
  • Manage client relationships and communication processes, ensuring regular contact and provision of a professional and personalised service.
  • Manage new client account processes efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide administration support to the Financial Advisory team.
  • Provide clients and third parties with investment reports when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a finance-related discipline is desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years' work experience in a client support or customer-facing role.
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of the financial markets is desirable.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Initiative-taking and self-directed work style.
  • Ability to manage client communication and relationships.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills.
