We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Next Gen Clubs. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who enters our Club.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be required to work a variety of shifts over a 7 day roster and be adaptable, flexible and able to think on your feet.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and messages
- Process membership applications and payments
- Assist with events and functions, as required
- Develop and maintain relationships with members and internal staff
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7 day roster
- Adaptable, flexible and able to think on your feet
- Highly developed customer relations skills
- Ability to master required software applications
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
