Regional Dialysis Nurse

Our healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced renal nurse to join our team in providing high-quality dialysis services to consumers in various settings. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical practices, advanced research, and specialised clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver acute and chronic renal replacement therapy in incentre, satellite, and home-based haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage kidney disease.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a qualification in Renal Nursing or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in delivering dialysis services, including haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
