Origin Energy Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Environment Manager to join our dynamic Energy Supply & Operations Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business navigate a rapidly changing regulatory landscape, manage compliance risks, and respond to changes in both our internal and external environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and monitor changes in the external environment that may impact our ES&O activities and engage the business to understand and respond to these changes.
  • Develop and manage regulatory change initiatives, change management programs, compliance tools and processes, including our ES&O obligations registers.
  • Conduct business impact assessments and work closely with operational teams to embed compliance change processes.
  • Effectively communicate complex risk and compliance content simply and concisely, providing practical and pragmatic advice to the business.
  • Assist our ES&O team to understand, prioritise, and comply with our regulatory obligations.
