Operational Excellence in Clinic Settings

We are seeking a highly skilled Admin Officer to join our team and contribute to the success of our clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing patient appointments and registrations, providing high-level customer service, and handling clinic communications efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient flow and ensure seamless registration processes.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care through administrative expertise.
  • Support accreditation efforts and business goals.
  • Contribute to process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a busy reception/customer service position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Client/Patient Management Systems.
  • High level organisational skills, including problem-solving, prioritisation, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines.
