About the Quality Manager Role
Sylvanvale, a registered NDIS service provider, is seeking a Quality Manager to coordinate and lead quality and compliance requirements. This role involves managing the quality and compliance capability across the organisation, supporting the strategic, quality and continuous improvement agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead quality and compliance requirements for the organisation
- Manage the quality and compliance capability across the organisation
- Develop policies and procedures that meet legislative and regulatory requirements
- Analyse the business environment to identify risks and service improvement initiatives
- Lead Sylvanvale's audit processes and provide advice on quality practice
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in disability services
- Demonstrated experience working with quality programs, accreditation and/or auditing
- Working knowledge of information systems used for recording and reporting incidents
- Demonstrated experience in writing policy and procedures
- Strong ability to synthesise legislation and complex terminology
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
