We are an ambitious, solutions focused and energetic group passionate about making a positive difference to communities needing access to this important service.Our inhouse designers are influenced by the latest global fashion trends and bring the product to the customer direct from our manufacturers.
About the Role
- Provide expert eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clients.
- Dispense lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
- Build meaningful relationships with our clientele that gives them a reason to visit us again.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in optical, or 2+ years retail sales experience.
- Previously entrusted with store opening/closing duties.
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
- Confident, clear and effective communication skills.
- Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships.
- Self-motivated, positive and friendly manner.
Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired, but not essential.
