The successful candidate will be committed to providing high-quality education and care for children, while working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and engaging environment for children, families, and team members
  • Maintain compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart policies
  • Build strong relationships with children and families
  • Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
  • Sustain a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility
  • Interest in early years education
  • Working with Children Check
  • Immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis)
