About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished SAP consultant with a proven track record in implementing and enhancing Materials Management (MM) solutions in SAP ECC 6.0. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for driving successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage tier 2 & 3 SAP initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Function as the lead on tier 1 projects, guiding teams and stakeholders toward successful outcomes.
  • Capture and document business requirements, translating complex needs into actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement SAP functional and technical solution designs, configuring systems to meet customer needs.
  • Estimate effort and costs accurately, providing transparent and reliable financial forecasts.
  • Create high-quality documentation, including test cases, functional specifications, and user/admin guides.
  • Conduct thorough scripting and testing, ensuring seamless system changes or resolutions.
  • Support users during UAT, addressing queries and concerns to ensure smooth adoption.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience configuring SAP ECC 6.0 Materials Management (MM).
  • Experience with integration to external WMS systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP IS Retail configuration is highly valued.
  • Tertiary qualifications in information systems or a related field are required.
  • SAP Sales and Distribution experience (SD) and SAP Logistics Execution experience (LE) are desirable.
  • Ability to read ABAP code is beneficial for problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (waterfall & agile) and collaboration tools is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
