  • Maintaining assets, plant, and equipment to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, life cycle planning, and functionality.
  • Collaborating with the property management team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
  • Negotiating maintenance contracts, providing expenditure and performance data for regular reporting requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with OH&S obligations, completing audits and reviews as required by the client and relevant legislation.

What You'll Need

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, able to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and autonomously.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications, preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of industry best practice, sustainability, and legislative compliance.
