Join Our Team as a Clinical Nurse Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team in the Stroke, Falls and Rehabilitation department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Description:

  • Provide expert clinical advice and consultancy services to multidisciplinary teams, consumers, and partners within the Far West Local Health District.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality stroke, rehabilitation, and falls prevention and management services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current Authority to Practise as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • No less than 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration clinical experience, including 3 years' experience in the specialty and post-graduate qualifications relevant to the specialty (Rehabilitation, Stroke or Cardiovascular Disease).
  • Demonstrated effective communication, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and advanced information technology skills.
