">- Join a rapidly growing IT company as a Financial/Management Accountant, working closely with the Director and supporting business success.

">- The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to improving accounting procedures and policies to enhance team efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Director, work with an in-house accountant and support end of month duties.
- Provide financial information to the Director and review key account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly journals and reconciliations, cashflow forecasts, and budgets.
- Support auditors and initiate internal audits to streamline processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CA/CPA qualification and experience with SAP Business One.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with different teams.
- Drive to improve internal processes and procedures.
