We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fabrication Technician to join our team at APA. As a Fabrication Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the fabrication and assembly of various equipment and components.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including industrial, commercial, and residential fabrication. You will be working closely with our experienced tradespeople to learn the skills and knowledge required to become a qualified Fabrication Technician.

We offer a comprehensive training program, which includes both on-the-job training and formal classroom instruction. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as welding, metal fabrication, and mechanical assembly.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also have the opportunity to develop your communication and teamwork skills, working closely with our team to achieve our goals.

• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of various equipment and components
• Work closely with experienced tradespeople to learn skills and knowledge
• Develop skills and knowledge in areas such as welding, metal fabrication, and mechanical assembly
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve goals

• Available to commence in January 2025
• Ready to ask questions, work hard, listen and learn from mistakes
• Enjoy working outdoors and getting hands dirty
• Able to listen carefully, follow directions in interest of safety
• Year 12 school leaver or mature applicant
• Able to work in confined spaces/at heights
• Licensed to drive motor vehicle
• Self-motivated
• Good communicator
• Enthusiastic and dedicated to learning and developing skills
