Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to ensure a seamless pre-arrival experience for our guests, provide a warm welcome and personalised check-in, and manage the guest experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations and conduct briefings to keep staff informed of special requests and guest needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring consistency and high standards.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and RMS Hotel Management System.
  • Proven leadership skills and team development abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in guest-centric roles, capable of selling property experiences.
