IT Expert

We are seeking an experienced IT Expert to join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Specialist. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to our clients, troubleshooting complex issues, and working collaboratively with other teams to resolve infrastructure or application problems.

• Provide advanced technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits;
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including hardware, software, and network-related problems;
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve infrastructure or application problems;
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues resolved;
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in IT technologies.

• At least 3 years' experience in a helpdesk or technical support role;
• Demonstrated expertise in networking, active directory, DNS, DHCP, routing, NTFS, Azure, RMM, and PSA;
• Strong logical troubleshooting skills and ability to work autonomously;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive employee assistance program.
