About Us:

Evolve Scientific is a global pharmaceutical manufacturer seeking a qualified Scientific Quality Assurance Officer for a casual ongoing assignment with potential permanency. This role offers set, full-time hours Monday to Friday.

This position involves working closely with a friendly Quality Assurance team to manage customer complaints and queries. The ideal candidate has a degree in science or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in complaint handling or customer support.

To be eligible for this role, applicants must undergo a full medical assessment, drug screening, and police check.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Timely entry of quality-related complaints into our Complaints system.
  • Ensuring Customer Complaints are handled compliantly with Global Policies and Health Authority requirements.
  • Investigating and trending Customer Complaints according to local and Global procedures.
  • Maintaining activities that adhere to GMP, legal, and ethical standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in science or 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Previous experience in a complaints or customer support focused role.
  • Proficiency in writing reports and presenting data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory legislation and ability to comply.
  • Ability to understand technical documents and communicate problems and solutions effectively.
  • Effective time management, meeting deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • A keen and proactive work attitude.
  • A current driver's license and vehicle as public transport is not available at the site location.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
