About the Role:
  • This position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, counseling, and advocacy services to clients and their families.
  • You will play a pivotal role in supporting older adults during challenging times, promoting their dignity, quality of life, and independence.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, giving eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.

A deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by older adults and their families is highly desirable.
