About the Role:A seasoned Business Development Manager in the travel industry is responsible for fostering and maintaining robust relationships with key partners, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective lead generation campaigns and product promotions.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage opportunities, and analyze market trends.
- Present products and services effectively to maximize engagement and profitability through negotiation and agreement optimization.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a business development role with a strong understanding of leisure and retail travel.
- Either: existing networks in retail travel or demonstrable success as a new business hunter.
- Strategic approach to bringing on new accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and consistently delivering results.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
