We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Perigon Group. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market analysis and research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with corporate clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of corporate accounts.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the wholesale and distribution industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
